MOFFAT, Ernest Allan (Ernie). Peacefully at North Shore Hospital, on 23rd July 2026, aged 78. Treasured husband for 53 years of Chris and dearly loved Dad of Trudi and Leah; respected father-in-law of Ben and Katie, and much loved Grandpa of Hannah, Jasmine and Jesse. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Ray and Juliann, Chere and Den (deceased), friend of Pete, brother-in-law of Sue and Amil (deceased), Jan and Neville and loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Ernie’s life will be held at St Chad’s Anglican Church, Centreway Rd, Orewa, on Thursday 30th July 2026 at 2pm.
