Our two funeral homes in Auckland are known for being caring and professional, giving families support and guidance at a very stressful time. We’re passionate about the communities we serve and Forrest Funeral Services are proud to support numerous local hospices and clubs.
Supporting local makes absolute sense to us, especially as our people live in the communities where they work.
Forrest Funeral Services in Browns Bay has been part of the North Shore community since 1978, and offers a full range of facilities for funerals. Read more about our funeral home on the North Shore.
The Orewa Forrest funeral home is located in Riverside Road, and also offers a full range of funeral services. There’s even a beautiful outdoor garden and courtyard area – perfect for hot Hibiscus Coast days.
Forrest funeral homes are FDANZ members
Our goal is to provide our communities with the highest standards and ethics in the funeral profession. That’s why we’re proud members of the Funeral Directors Association of New Zealand (FDANZ).
As members of the FDANZ, we follow the Rules of the Association as well as a strict Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. The FDANZ also offers an independent disputes resolution process.
Registered funeral directors are also required to hold Practising Certificates that are renewable every three years, and need to provide evidence of on-going training.
