Martha McDougall

McDOUGALL, Martha (Mareta Mau’itau Tagutugutu). Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, 13th October, 2025, aged 89 years. Dearly loved wife of Robert McDougall. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Matile and Sosene Anesi, Savea Solia, Francis (Sisi) Phillips, Mua’itau Taua Paul and Vivienne Phillips, Nevis and Alana McDougall, Roy McDougall and Jacqueline Dollard, Rosina McDougall and Shaun Granich. Adored Grandmother of 20 Grandchildren and Great Grandmother of 24 Great Grandchildren. Loved twin sister of Maria, sister of Prosina (John), Vaoesea, Ana, Sefulu, Lui, aunty and friend to many. A Requiem Mass to celebrate Martha’s life will be held at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 180 Centreway Road, Orewa on Saturday 18th October 2025 at 1pm, followed by interment at Auckland Memorial Park Cemetery (Silverdale) from 3:30pm. “Forever loved and always in our hearts.”
